Melling JB7500 lash adjusters are a replacement part for the GT500 Exhaust adjusters as well as an upgrade for 4.6 2v, 3v and 4v engines. When using them in a 3v the lash preload must be adjusted. GT500 cam followers are also recommended when using these in 2v and 4v engines.
