Product Description
This is not a factory replacement for the stock block. This block does not have the cut between the cylinders that had the purpose of preventing the head gasket from overheating. This block will hold more cylinder pressure as a result of not having the cut and also allows for the installation of o-rings and hoops.
- Production "based" cast iron engine block as used in the Super Duty 7.3L gas engine
- 107.2mm bore
- Deck surface saw cuts deleted for higher deck strength
Includes the following components:
- main bearing caps/hardware
- (8) piston cooling nozzles
- (1) oil pressure sender
- (4) cylinder head dowels
- (2) transmission dowels
