Xtreme XE-R 242/240 Hydraulic Roller Finger Follower Cams for Ford 4.6/5.4/5.8L Modular. Race or limited street use. Cams require a larger throttle body, mass air, injectors, exhaust upgrades, 3000+ stall. Very rough idle. Requires custom tuning.
