Xtreme Energy™ 242/246 Hydraulic Roller Finger Follower Cams for Ford 4.6/5.4L Modular 2 Valve w/ PI Heads street/strip applications. Needs higher gear ratio, 2400+ stall, intake and exhaust. Requires custom tuning. Rough idle. (Note: 1999-Up performance improvement heads).
